10 Week Swim Focused Coaching
Program Overview
This 10-week program is designed to focus primarily on swimming while including cycling, running, and strength. Each program will include 3-4 weekly swim sessions focused on drill sets, speed workouts, and long course days. The program will be loaded to training peaks which will allow each athlete to track their progress and receive daily emails detailing each workout. Each athlete will have 5 private swim sessions with portions videotaped. Private swim sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and are held at Commonwealth Sports Club 1079 Commonwealth Ave. Boston, MA 02215 All plans are designed and led by USA Triathlon certified coaches.
