Spring Pre Season Preparation Training
Pre Season Program

This 12 week training phase is focused on developing speed with endurance. The intensity of workouts increases while the volume decreases. Race preparation workouts include triathlon simulations such as brick training and tune up races. Athletes will have the option of registering for swim, bike, run, and/or brick group coaching. This is an ideal training option for long course athletes preparing for Rev3 and Mooseman Half, and Eagleman 70.3 as well as short course in preparation for Rev3 and Mooseman International, Hyannis, Cohasset, and the New England Season Opener.
